Advising foreign investors in the Czech Republic

We will provide foreign investors with the standard they are used to.

We advise on:

• choosing the appropriate legal form of business in the Czech Republic,
• establishing or buying a company under Czech law,
• concluding a silent partnership agreement,
• collecting debts from debtors in the Czech Republic,
• choosing a bank, tax, accounting and other advisors.

Legal advice for Czech entrepreneurs abroad

We know that our clients' business does not end outside the Czech Republic. We represent you in:

• negotiating financial and other terms of cooperation with foreign attorneys (hourly rates, capped fees, flat fees), including the possibility of designating us as a single billing point for all legal services provided both at home and abroad,
• day-to-day communication with foreign attorneys.

In cooperation with attorneys abroad, we will assist you in:

• setting up a company abroad, its taxation, setting up employment relations, including posting employees to and from the Czech Republic,
• recovery of debts from foreign debtors,
• acquisition of real estate and movable assets abroad.
