Martin has been practicing law for more than 15 years.

He founded the Polish branch of a renowned Czech law firm in Warsaw, which he subsequently headed for 5 years. After that he continued to work in this law firm as the partner responsible for international relations.

In the next stage of his career, Martin led the employment team of a renowned Czech law firm.

Martin focuses on labour and immigration law, real estate law and international (cross-border) advisory services, i.e. advising Czech clients abroad and advising foreign investors in the Czech Republic. He and Matyáš form the core of the Polish desk, a group dedicated to Polish clients in the Czech Republic.

He is a member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers association), a European organisation of employment law experts.

Martin has travelled across continents from Seattle to Sydney and met hundreds of attorneys. He has working relationships with specialists in many areas of law in dozens of countries.

On top of his native Czech and Slovak, he speaks fluent English, Polish and French.
